In 1994, Michele founded PRISM Wealth Management Recruiting, a trusted resource for thousands of Financial Advisors and firms, helping them achieve their goals through her industry expertise and strategic impact.
Recognizing a gap in the industry, Michele launched Succession Point in 2018 — a leading Wealth Management M&A Consulting firm supporting W2, Independent, and RIA advisors through growth, transition, and succession. Under her guidance, the team partners with advisors nationwide, shaping mergers, acquisitions, and strategic growth, representing billions in assets under management.
Together, Succession Point and PRISM offer a comprehensive platform uniting succession planning, recruiting expertise, and growth strategies. In today’s dynamically evolving industry, this approach empowers advisors and firms to thrive now and in the future.
