MICHELE MANDEVILLE
FOUNDER & CEO
Michele Mandeville has consulted with Financial Advisors and Wealth Management firms for more than three decades, drawing on deep experience in recruiting, corporate strategy and M&A.
In 1994, she founded PRISM Wealth Management Recruiting, which has since become a trusted resource for thousands of advisors and firms.
In 2018, she launched Succession Point to fill a gap she saw firsthand: W-2, Independent and RIA advisors facing a sale or acquisition without experienced guidance on their side. Today, she and her team guide advisors representing billions in client assets through mergers, acquisitions and growth engagements.
Together, Succession Point and PRISM give advisors a single, experienced team for succession planning, recruiting and growth strategy, helping them stay competitive as the industry evolves.
Outside of work, Michele has served as a Guardian ad Litem and literacy coach, and she actively supports Huntington’s disease research and ocean conservation.
